1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using XtremeBD (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Directory Listings & Automated Verification
Publishers and website owners can register websites for free directory listings. By submitting a website, you consent to our automated verification system crawling your domain to verify HTML meta tags and backlink codes.
3. Buyer & Seller Marketplace
All backlink placements and guest posts must comply with search engine guidelines. XtremeBD does not guarantee specific search rank movements, as rankings are governed by third-party search engine algorithms.
4. User Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Account Deletion & 30-Day Recovery Grace Period Policy
Registered users may request permanent deletion of their account at any time via their Account Dashboard settings.
- 30-Day Grace Period: Upon requesting account deletion, your account will enter a 30-day grace period. Your account data, listings, and history are preserved during this timeframe.
- Instant Account Reactivation: You can restore and regain full access to your account at any time within 30 days simply by logging back in with your account credentials.
- Permanent Purge: If an account is not reactivated within 30 days, the account and all associated data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted.
